Easy Meditations

My daughter was recently telling me about a friend who has been under a lot of stress lately and having anxiety attacks. I suggested to her that she might want to recommend an easy meditation that they can do to help them relax a little.
So often when I mention this to people they tell me "Oh I don't have time to meditate." or "I don't know how to do that."
I have an easy and simple meditation that works and anyone, and I mean anyone can do. When I shared it with my daughter she agreed.
Find something that you like in your surroundings, preferably a plant, or a sleeping pet. I suggest the plant and pets because their energy is so wonderful and it benefits them too.
For this example I will use a plant:
Just stare at the plant, notice the shape of its leaves, notice how they shoot off of the main stem in so many different directions, to the right and left, some in front of others etc.
Now notice the color of these leaves, can you see any veins running through them? Can you feel the nutrients flowing through it?
With your eyes, trace the shape of any of the leaves or blossoms etc. Now as you continue staring at this plant does it begin to emit a yellowish glow? That is its natural aura.
Do you feel any energy being directed at you? Embrace it.
Are you getting any messages from the plant? Listen to them.
Send it love now, slowly trace an imaginary heart around the tree and fill it with loving thoughts and maybe the color pink.
Now relax, take some deep breaths and thank your plant for sharing itself with you.
Not only will this help you relax but you will begin to notice that your plants grow faster and stronger.
Don't believe me? Try it! Even as I write this I can breathe better.
I look forward to hearing about any experiences you have.
